Formed in late 2010, The Sidetones are a 5 piece Soul Funk band based in Lyon, France.

Our original material combines elements of late 60’s early 70’s funk, break-beat, psychedelic and pop to forge a heavy yet soulful sound.

Our first EP was released in March 2013 with the support of US based label True Born Records, and available as a free download from bandcamp. ​

Our first single "Turn It Up !' features on Paris DJs second compilation "we are the fire inside your mind".
